Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Story Creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Story Creator.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Story Creator. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Parents and guardians may create stories for children, but must supervise usage and take responsibility for content.

Account Registration

To use Story Creator, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Service Description

Story Creator is an AI-powered platform that allows you to create illustrated children's stories featuring your own characters. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate story text and images based on your inputs. Features and availability may change without notice.

Credits and Payment

Story Creator uses a credit system for AI-powered features:

• Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Bonus credits never expire and are used after monthly credits
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days notice

User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or create using our service.

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (character photos, descriptions). Stories and images generated using our AI tools are owned by you, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms.

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for other purposes without your consent.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content, including photos of people. You must have consent from individuals depicted in photos.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Story Creator to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
• Generate content depicting abuse, exploitation, or harm to children
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to excessively consume resources or credits
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI is subject to the following terms:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use
• AI-generated content may be subject to additional terms from our AI providers

Intellectual Property

The Story Creator service, including its design, features, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service. The name "Story Creator" and our logo are trademarks that may not be used without permission.

Privacy

Your use of Story Creator is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms or our acceptable use policy
• Your use poses a risk to other users or our service
• Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INAPPROPRIATE MATERIAL.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORY CREATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Story Creator and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
